Health Nut Smoothie 
 your favorite ingredients for a smoothie with protein powder, fruit (fresh or  frozen), and scoop of Health Nut granola & spinach

Company is coming!!
Yogurt, Frozen Fruit and (O.G) Original Grain with Mango's & Canberries
-Place in a Fancy Glass for a unique presentation!
1 layer of Yogurt, a layer of your favorite frozen fruit, sprinkle of Bakitwhy
 O.G. Granola, repeat till glass is full. 
This  is very fast and easy to make and looks amazing!  Very light on the palate!!


Lets Make Muffins!!
 Choose 1/2 -3/4 cup of 1 of these delicious flavors and your favorite muffin recipe - Sassy, Health Nut or Original Grain a pinch of Can sugar make it Yummier!!
P.S- If you use 3/4 cup put 1/2 cup in batter and 1/4 to sprinkle on top of your favorite topper


No Bake Protein Balls
Caution- Do not use if you have  NUT Allergy!!
Estimated Ingredients
Make them your favorit- Add what you want for fruit or Nuts
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Bakitwhy Granola
2 TBSP Nut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 TBSP water (adjust if you need to roll them). Place in a
container and use for the week as meals or snack

Make it a Healthy Mo Burger
Make your Hamburger Patties with a twist of Molasses
- Take a 1/2 a cup of Bakitwhy's
Health Nut Granola, crush it down, pound it down or in a zing with a food processor, and add it to your hamburger meat instead of the breadcrumbs, you will have a healthy burger infused with
